BEFORE YOUR HAIRCUT

  1. HAIR MUST BE CLEAN AND FREE OF ALL PRODUCTS TO INCLUDE OIL, GREASE AND GEL.
  2. IF YOUR HAIR IS NOT CLEAN, SERVICE WILL BE DECLINED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF YOUR SERVICE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  3. NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND THE SHOP AS EMPLOYEES AND OR CUSTOMERS MAY HAVE ALLERGIES.


LATE/CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS 

  1. APPOINTMENT TIMES CAN VARY/BARBER MAY BE RUNNING BEHIND.
  2. IF CLIENT IS 5 MINUTES OR MORE LATE, APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE FULL SERVICE FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
  3. LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE CHARGED A $5 FEE IF WE DO DECIDE TO SERVICE YOU.
  4. NO-CALL/NO-SHOW, CLIENT WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF SERVICE.
  5. IF YOU WISH TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT LESS THAT 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, THIS WILL BE COUNTED AS A CANCELLATION AND THE CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE DUE.


ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN/IN-SHOP

  1. PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ATLEAST 10 MINUTES AHEAD OF YOUR SCHEDULED TIME.
  2. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.
  3. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED TO THE RESTROOM BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT.
  4. DO NOT SIT IN THE BARBER CHAIR UNLESS YOU ARE BEING SERVICED. 



COVID PROTOCOL: 

  1. IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. CANCELLATION FEES WILL APPLY.
  2. IF YOU EXHIBIT SYMPTOMS OF A COLD/FLU/COVID, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MANDATORY NO SHOW/CANCELLATION FEE.


CHILDREN’S SERVICES

  1. IF YOUR CHILD WILL NOT SIT STILL FOR THE HAIRCUT, WE CANNOT PROVIDE EXTRA TIME TO COMPLETE THE SERVICE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE SERVICE AS WE DO NOT WANT TO PROVIDE LOW QUALITY HAIRCUTS.
  2. CHILDREN’S PRICING IS SET ACCORDINGLY. WE DO NOT NEGOTIATE PRICES.
  3. WE SERVICE KIDS UNDER 5 ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. PLEASE CALL US BEFORE BOOKING A CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 5.
