How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Open the app, go to My Appointments, select your booking, and choose Reschedule or Cancel. If you can’t access your account, use the form to contact support.

I didn’t get my confirmation email.

Check spam/junk. If you use Gmail, also check the Promotions tab. Still missing? Submit the form with your booking name and date.

The app crashed or froze.

Please include your device model, iOS version, and the steps that caused the crash so we can reproduce and fix it quickly.
